I read a NYTs article recently about Deepak Chopra’s Sunday routine. Coffee was part of it. He had been told by a family member who was a doctor that he should drink five cups a day. It is THAT good for you. Of course, if you are adversely rattled by caffeine, that is a different story. But the antioxidants and the benefits of coffee are extraordinary.
